Refunds and Cancellations
We understand that sometimes the items we recieve, are not the items we envisioned. Refunds are available on certain items. You are eligible for refunds on any clothing and crystal related items. Tarot readings, jewelry, and subscriptions are nonrefundable. You must cancel your subscription to stop payment. Once payment has been received for any of these items, you are not eligible for a refund.
We will refund your purchase once the item has been received back into our care, in its original form. The customer, you, are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning the item.
